Molly grew up in Western Massachusetts, and discovered her love of movement at an early age. She trained extensively in all styles of dance throughout her middle and high school years, studying intensively at Gervais School of Performing Arts, Amherst Ballet Theater Company, and the Bates College Dance Festival.
Molly holds an M.F.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts with a Concentration in Performance Creation from Goddard College. She previously attended Concordia University in Montreal, where she earned a B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance. She completed her B.F.A. thesis project in 2011 on healing and preventing dance injuries, the final portion of which was spent walking the Camino Pilgrimage Trail in France and Spain.
Molly is a 500 hour certified instructor in Embodyoga through Yoga Center Amherst, where she now serves on faculty in the 200 hr. and 500 hr. teacher training programs. Molly teaches many styles of dance, yoga, conditioning, and injury prevention classes, and has staged four full-length works of Contemporary dance for the Amherst Ballet Theater Company from 2013 - 2017. Molly's work has been shown at UMass Amherst, Endicott College, the Academy of Music Theater in Northampton, and the Shea Theater Arts Center.
