Aurora Lee

Artist / Creative (Individual)

Aurora Lee (she/her/hers) is an actor, dancer and musician who recently graduated from Bunker Hill Community College (Boston, MA) with an Associate Degree in Theatre. Aurora is currently an Artistic and Literary intern at Company One Theatre (Boston,MA), where she volunteered and worked during her studies. In April 2020, driven by her eagerness to learn more about Indigenous tribes, she volunteered at Ohketeau Cultural Center, the only Native run organization in Western Massachusetts. Her ongoing work with Ohketeau introduced her to Double Edge Theatre where she is now an intern.

Through her artistic training and evolution, Aurora has developped a passion for the therapeutic and emotional aspect of the arts. As a self-taught musician (piano, guitar), her passion for music and acting allowed her to express and heal herself. She has completed her certification as an Intimacy Captain through the Intimacy Coordinators of Color training and is pursuing her education to become an Intimacy Professional. Aurora plans to also become a Mental Health First Aider in the entertainment industry, as she intends to work closely with BIPOC artists.
