Kay Wells is the Director of Graduate Studies and Associate Professor of American Art and Architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the author of "Weaving Modernism: Postwar Tapestry between Paris and New York." In this presentation Wells explores how women produced modern French tapestries and how their new careers transformed the look and feel of modern art.
