Williamstown Holiday Walk

Holiday sounds and spirit fill downtown Williamstown all weekend, December 6 to 8, beginning on Friday with an old-fashioned tree lighting, carols, hot drinks and more.

Below is the schedule for Friday. See daily listings for Saturday and Sunday.

Tree lighting at Sweetwood of Williamstown — 4 p.m.

Hot cider and S’mores at Paresky Park (across from Images Cinema) — 4:30 to 6 p.m., sponsored by the Williamstown D.I.R.E. Committee

Candlelight Yoga at Tasha Yoga — 5 p.m.

Holiday Night Market at Provisions Williamstown and ROAM Gallery — 5 to 8 p.m.

The Wanda Houston Project — 6 p.m. at The Clark Art Institute Auditorium.

Helping in the community

This December, downtown businesses will collect necessary items to help communities-in-need in the Berkshires. Join in supporting local AND paying it forward:

December 1-7: Non-Perishable Festive Food Drive
Please donate cake, brownie and cookie mixes, frosting, baking supplies, and dried fruits to benefit local pantries.

December 8-15: Children & Teens Gift Drive
Please donate NEW unwrapped toys, crafts, books, and games to benefit local families.

December 16-22: Hat & Mittens Drive
Please donate NEW hats, mittens, and gloves to benefit local residents-in-need.
