Up and Down the River- A Film Festival

*When's the last time you saw film projected on film? How do artists living around you see and think about place?*

Up and Down the River, an evening of artists’ and experimental film on place and placemaking by local filmmakers living along the Connecticut River, will be screened on Saturday, October 15. Doors open 6:30 pm. The program of 11 short-form films celebrating, but not limited to, work shot and screened on celluloid was curated by Sarah Bliss (Unless You’re Living It, 2019) and David Bendiksen (Down to the Water, 2022). Films by David Bendiksen, Abraham Ravett, Baba Hillman, Taylor Dunne, Sarah Bliss, Josh Weissbach, Eric Stewart, Josh Guilford, Danielle Vishlitzky, Emily Drummer and Amber Bemak.  Q&A with the filmmakers will follow the screening.
