Our nighttime dreams and imagination offer up vivid imagery with a language all its own. Through artwork and poetic writing, we can interact with these potent symbols to connect with our inner wisdom--while creating works of beauty and meaning at the same time.
In this welcoming, fun, and meaningful workshop you’ll explore your own dreamy images and allow them to reveal their messages in service of self-growth and healing.
Through activities and discussions, you’ll connect with and learn from kindred spirits who share your passion for celebrating the riches of our inner lives.
We’ll use various tools and techniques to inspire your creativity including:
