Join us at the stunning **Quonquont Farm** for **James Beard award-winning chef and author Sandy D'Amato's** stories and cooking demo as well as a tasting of a mouth watering dessert from his memoir and cookbook ***GOOD STOCK: Life on a Low Simmer.*** Light fare and signature drinks included. Books will be available for sale and signed by Sandy.

*Sandy D’Amato has cooked for the Dalai Lama and was personally chosen by Julia Child to cook for her 80th Birthday Celebration. Sandy and his wife Angie run a cooking school called Good Stock Farm in Hatfield.*
