Silver Chord Bowl 2022

Come hear your favorite tunes recreated in a whole new way!  On April 24th, the Northampton Arts Council welcomes you to The Silver Chord Bowl 2022.  The Silver Chord Bowl, in its 38th year, is the oldest and most respected collegiate a cappella showcase in the region. The Silver Chord Bowl has worked to highlight the unique styling of a cappella, and has been a staple of the Four Sundays series for years. The Academy of Music Theatre in Downtown Northampton will host this year’s event. Every year, these a capella groups bring their A-Game to showcase new musical talent at the collegiate level.  It begins with Northampton High School’s very own Northamptones, followed by performances from premier colleges and university groups around the Northeast including Berklee On The Vox, Tufts sQ!, Amherst College Zumbyes, MIT Ohms, UMass Dynamics and Smith College Notables.
