Poetry and Collage

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore one intersection of the visual and language arts: collage. We’ll look at complementary uses of collage in poetry and painting, and assemble our own collage poems using materials provided in class. This class is intended for poets of all skill levels and experience. If you’ve got a text you think might make interesting collage material, bring it with you! Please also bring paper to write on and a writing utensil.
