++Five Week Series++ Our ever present physical dialogue with the environment is an expression of our imagination, intelligence, and desire for relationship. This workshop frames this spontaneous material as "danced composition" and cultivates our voice as improvising dancers and performers. Offer concrete strategies for researching our own movement. In each class we will explore simple movement structures that filter and highlight various aspects of our experience; both in doing and watching.
Exploring the details inside of functional movement: breathing, rolling, reaching, crawling, standing, walking, running, falling; addressing all our physical senses;
