North Adams Fall Foliage Parade

North Adams’ annual downtown parade returns to celebrate the fall, this year with the theme Berk du Soleil in honor of the circus performing in the city October 4 to 14.

Come one, come all to The Greatest Show in North Berkshire with Grand Marshal: David Fabiano of Northern Berkshire Community Television Corporation as the 2024 Grand Marshal.

This year’s parade route is just over a mile long and mostly flat, making the parade more walkable for all ages and abilities, starting at the intersection of State Street and Old State Street. Lineup begins on Curran Highway between DiSanti Field (north point) to United Cerebral Palsy (south point); roughly 400 Curran Highway to 535 Curran Highway. The parade will end at the intersection of Ashland Street and Washington Ave.

Through traffic is able to detour on Old State Street to access parts of Curran Highway, and the road will be fully shut down along the parade route starting at 12:30 p.m.

Fall Foliage Dog Costume Parade

Dress up your dog and walk them down Main Street to win awards and giveaways! The parade starts at City Hall at 6pm sharp!

FRIDAY, October 4th
Opening Show of The Mill Town Circus
Step right up and experience the magic and nostalgia of a bygone era as Mill Town CIRCUS makes its debut on Noel Field, under the big top! Show times Friday, October 4th – Monday, October 14th. Buy your tickets in advance!

SATURDAY, October 5th
Fall Foliage Festival Children’s Parade
Noel Field Athletic Complex, 310 State Street, North Adams

Join the Fall Foliage Children’s Parade + Fair at Noel Feild! Children from throughout the Northern Berkshire’s are encouraged to make costumes and enter the parade.

SATURDAY, October 5th
Fall Foliage Festival Children’s Road Race and Fair

Children’s Road Race, give-aways, games, entertainment for children of all ages. Booths hosted by the Northern Berkshire United Way and local community organizations. Children’s Road Race starts at noon.
