Date/Time
Location
New England Visionary Artists Museum (518 Pleasant Street, Northampton, MA 01060, Northampton MA)
New Artifacts from the Cave of Stories is a show of the artwork from and process behind the picture book “Little Hopkins and the Big Scribble,” the product of the illustrator and author Noah Pierce under his adopted creative personality, Carin O'Heep...a twin spirit. Consider this as Carin's book wherein twin brother Noah and their younger sister Holly inspired Hopkins and Bonnie's characters, respectively.
On Saturday, March 22, CARIN O'HEEP, through Noah Pierce, will discuss the book production process, including initial inspiration, design and production, and publication. He will reveal the pain of the loss of his sister, his personal recovery process, and restoration found in the delight of making and sharing the book.
