Judge Posnor has served as a federal judge in Wester MA since 1984. He wrote his first novel, a NYT bestseller, The Hanging Judge in 2013, and has recently published his third novel, Point of Order, in 2024.
He will discuss how he creates his novels, his inspiratons, and the path to publication. He will describe his narrative goal of placing the reader on the bench, surveying the courtroom and taking on the pressures of trials.
