The Studios at MASS MoCA (1320 MASS MOCA WAY, North Adams, MA 01247, North Adams MA)
The Studios at MASS MoCA in collaboration with the Berkshire Immigrant Center (BIC) started a program called Iris Residency for artists (18+) from all disciplines living in Western Massachusetts who are foreign-born or identify as first or second generation American. Two artists will be selected for a four-week residency in February 2023 at MASS MoCA Studios with optional access to BIC's immigration services. The program is completely free of charge and artists will have access 24/7 to studio space, private room in a shared apartment, and financial support for transportation costs, materials, and food, among other benefits. Deadline for applications is September 15, 2022.
