Read excerpts from Braiding Sweetgrass with Sidra Mahmood, Muslim Chaplain, and Alex Martone, Sustainability Coordinator, and join the Williams community and beyond to have meaningful discussions at the intersection of the environment, faith, spirituality and ethics in preparation for Claiming Williams Day 2025.

All are welcome irrespective of their religious, spiritual, or ethical affiliation to learn, share, and grow through the Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge and the Teachings of Plants. Meetings will be held once a week on Wednesdays, 4 to 5 p.m., from January 22 to February 19.

The group will gather in the Class of 1966 Environmental Center, in the Matt Cole living room.
