Date/Time
Location
Amherst-Pelham Regional High School (21 Mattoon Street, Amherst MA)
The 5th Annual Odenong Powwow is Western Massachusetts' premier festival celebrating the cultures of Native American, First Nations, and Indigenous American peoples. We invite you to join us for a vibrant experience filled with singing, dancing, delicious food, and much more, featuring members of tribal nations from across the Americas, the Caribbean, and the Pacific Islands.
Explore a variety of vendors offering clothing, jewelry, art, home decor, educational materials, and resources on topics such as healthcare, higher education, and cultural programs. Participate in our fundraising raffles for a chance to win incredible prizes from several vendors and sponsors! Native American, First Nations, and Indigenous American dancers, dressed in appropriate regalia, can register for dance competitions and vie for a share of over $8,000 in prize money.
With representatives from some of the more than 500 tribal nations in the United States, the Odenong Powwow has become a beloved event for both Native and non-Native attendees in Western Massachusetts and surrounding areas. The 5th Annual Odenong Powwow is free and open to the public! This is a drug- and alcohol-free event. For more information, please visit www.OdenongPowwow.org or www.Facebook.com/OdenongPowwow.
