Help Keep Cottage Street Studios Rents Affordable! Care about preventing artist displacement & preserving affordable arts workspaces in Easthampton? Join Cottage Street Studio artists on July 11th at 7 pm at Easthampton’s Old Town Hall to learn about recent unreasonable rent increases & learn what you can do to help. Artists' rents will increase 25-125% at once, causing artist displacement. Help artists advocate for reasonable increases over time to stay.
