Healthy Aging

I'm excited to announce that the state of Massachusetts has awarded the Leicester Senior Center a grant to support healthy aging initiatives! If you're interested in improving your health, join me at the Leicester Senior Center every Wednesday from 10-11 AM for interactive seminars. I'm Phil George, a biochemist and the host of "Wellness Wave Radio, LLC," available on YouTube. Just search for "Wellness Wave Radio." I also host TV and radio shows. Our seminars are designed like a game show, making them fun and engaging, with prizes to be won! I'm honored that they have chosen me to head up and host the seminars. Lastly, I normally charge $65/hour for a health consult and $100/seminar but thanks to the grant, I am now able to offer a no cost individualized consult for any MA resident. We have had a very good turnout, only a small part from Meetup but we are developing a nice community, where participants are sharing their experiences.
