Movie and singing star Judy Garland was born on June 10, 1922. In honor of her centenary, Diva of Deliciousness Tinky Weisblat and composer/pianist Jerry Noble will present a program of songs she made famous, including “The Trolley Song,” “The Man That Got Away,” and “Over the Rainbow.”
Tinky will stand as far from the audience as she can, and she will take a COVID test on the morning of the program. She and Jerry think of themselves as a 21st century version of Mickey and Judy. They may be a little older than Rooney and Garland in their prime, but the two definitely know how to put on a show. Donations at the door will benefit Mohawk Trail Concerts.
