The Clark will celebrate the beginning of a new year with art, community and the warmth of a fresh cup of tea.

Throughout the afternoon, the museum will hold tea tastings with Heart’s Pace, a North Adams, Massachusetts-based tea and healing arts lounge. As always, enjoy fun themed art-making activities and other exciting surprises during this free afternoon at the Clark.

Indulging in the coziness of winter through shared food and drink is a practice that is reflected in many of the artworks in the Clark’s collection, and family and friends are welcome for an all-ages, educator-led tour exploring tea-related objects at 2 p.m.

The afternoon’s events are free, with activities in the Michael Conforti Pavilion from 1 to 4 pm. Capacity for tours is limited, and you can pick up a ticket at the Clark Center admissions desk, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
