A series of mixed-media sculptures that reflects intersections of natural and built environments. Discarded electronic components are paired with geological minerals - materials extracted to drive technological advancement - creating a dialogue between progress and its environmental toll. Lee, a Korean American artist and Assistant Professor and Head of Visual Arts at Montclair State University, has been featured internationally in solo and group exhibitions throughout the U.S., South Korea, and China. Free and open to the public. On view through March 13, 2025 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Meet the artist and celebrate the opening of this exhibition on Thursday, January 30 with an artist lecture, followed immediately by an opening reception.
