Academy Regional Youth Poetry Slam - Virtual Info Session

The Academy of Music Theatre invites educators to an in-person discussion forum about the 2025 Academy Regional Youth Poetry Slam on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 10:00 am at The Academy in Northampton. Hosted by the award-winning poet, Lyrical Faith, this unique event is the only youth poetry slam competition in Western Mass. and offers Pioneer Valley high school students the opportunity to showcase their poetic talents and compete for cash prizes on The Academy's historic stage. The forum aims to gather feedback on each educator's work and needs to better support them and expand school participation. Attendees will be entered into a raffle for exciting prizes and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
